Referral Terms & Conditions
- The referral must be a warm introduction through email or WhatsApp to your ProjectStudio Sales POC.
- Please check with our sales team before making the introduction to confirm that the prospect is eligible.
- A referral will not be counted if the prospect has already taken a demo with ProjectStudio before the referral is made.
- The complimentary subscription will be added within 72 hours of the referred prospect making the full payment.
- The referred prospect must purchase a plan in the same plan band or above as the referring studio.
- Pro and Enterprise plan customers must refer prospects for their respective plan or above to be eligible for the full 2-month benefit.
- If the referred prospect purchases a lower plan, the complimentary subscription period will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis based on the difference in plan value.
- The referral benefit is applicable only after the referred prospect has completed the purchase and full payment has been received.
- The ProjectStudio sales team must acknowledge and validate the referral for it to be considered eligible.
