ProjectStudio.ai is a proprietary software platform designed to help architects and interior design professionals manage and execute projects efficiently.

Your use of the Platform is strictly for business and professional purposes related to project management.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform.

• → You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Platform.
• → You may not reverse engineer, modify, or replicate any part of the Platform.
• → You may not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

All invoices raised and payments made are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

By making a payment against any invoice, you explicitly agree that the amount is non-refundable, irrespective of usage, onboarding status, or outcomes.

• → If you choose not to complete onboarding, the amount paid remains non-refundable.
• → If you stop using the Platform midway, the amount paid remains non-refundable.
• → If your team fails to adopt or implement the system, the amount paid remains non-refundable.
• → If there are internal delays from your side, the amount paid remains non-refundable.
• → If access to the Platform is provided and any balance payment remains pending, the User is obligated to complete the full payment as per the agreed terms.

Access to the Platform is provided for a defined duration based on your selected plan.

Any unused access, features, or project capacity will expire after the validity period.

Expired access cannot be reinstated without renewal.

The Company provides onboarding support, training, and ongoing assistance.

Users are expected to actively participate in onboarding and implementation.

Delays caused due to lack of response, coordination, or execution from the User's side will not extend validity or alter any terms.

Failure to complete onboarding does not qualify for refunds under any condition.

Your data belongs to you.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Upon request, we can provide a data export in a reasonable format.

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform remain exclusively with the Company.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights over the Platform or its technology.

Any custom features, modules, or enhancements requested may be evaluated separately.

The Company retains full discretion on whether to accept or reject such requests.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of:

• → Violation of these Terms.
• → Misuse of the Platform.

You may discontinue use at any time; however, no refunds will be issued upon termination or discontinuation.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Company shall not be liable for:

• → Business losses.
• → Project delays.
• → Misuse or misinterpretation of data.
• → Failure to achieve expected outcomes.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
